TechCave LLC ("we," "our," or "us") operates the DingDetect mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy describes how the App handles information. By using DingDetect, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

2. Information We Collect

TechCave LLC does not collect, store, or transmit any personal information from users of DingDetect.

Specifically:

• Card Images: Photos you take or upload are processed entirely on your device. They are never sent to our servers or any third party.
• Scan History & Results: All centering measurements and scan history are stored locally on your device only. We have no access to this data.
• No Account Required: We do not ask for your name, email address, or any personal identifiers. No user accounts exist.
• No Analytics or Tracking: We do not use any analytics tools, advertising SDKs, or tracking technologies.
• No Location Data: We do not request or collect your location.

The only third-party data processing that occurs is through RevenueCat solely for the purpose of validating your DingDetect Pro subscription — described in Section 5 below.

3. How We Use Information

Because TechCave LLC does not collect personal data, there is no user data for us to use. The App functions entirely on your device. The only external interaction is subscription validation through RevenueCat, which is used solely to determine whether your device has an active Pro subscription.

4. Camera & Photo Library Permissions

DingDetect requests access to your device's camera and photo library solely to allow you to capture or select card images for centering analysis.

• Images are processed entirely on your device.
• Images are not uploaded to our servers, shared with third parties, or used for any purpose other than performing the centering calculation you requested.
• You can revoke camera and photo library permissions at any time through your device's Settings.

5. Third-Party Services

DingDetect integrates with the following third-party services. We do not control their data practices — please review their privacy policies directly.

We do not use advertising SDKs, analytics platforms, or data brokers. We do not sell or share any user data.

6. Data Storage

All scan history and centering results are stored locally on your device. TechCave LLC has no servers that store user data and no access to anything on your device. Deleting the App permanently removes all locally stored data.

7. Children's Privacy

DingDetect does not collect personal information from anyone, including children under 13. The App is safe for all ages from a data privacy standpoint. If you have concerns, contact us at support@techcavellc.com.

8. Your Rights

Because TechCave LLC does not collect or hold any personal data about you, there is nothing for us to provide, correct, or delete on our end. All your data lives on your device and is fully in your control — you can delete scan history within the App at any time, or remove all data by uninstalling the App.

9. California Privacy Rights (CCPA)

DingDetect does not sell personal information. California residents have the right to know what personal information is collected — and in this case, TechCave LLC collects none. For any CCPA-related inquiries, contact support@techcavellc.com.

10. International Users

DingDetect is operated from the United States. If you access the App from outside the United States, your information may be transferred to and processed in the United States. By using the App, you consent to this transfer. We take appropriate steps to ensure your data is treated securely and in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you through the App. Your continued use of DingDetect after any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
