1. Introduction

TechCave LLC ("we," "our," or "us") built InventoPOS (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how the App handles information. By using InventoPOS, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

2. Information We Collect

TechCave LLC does not collect, store, or transmit any of your business or personal information from InventoPOS.

Specifically:

• No Server: InventoPOS does not operate a server. Nothing you enter into the App is transmitted anywhere.
• No Account Required: There is no user account, sign-up, or cloud sync.
• No Analytics or Tracking: We do not use any analytics tools, advertising SDKs, or tracking technologies.

The only third-party interaction that occurs is payment processing for the optional Premium purchase, handled entirely by Apple or Google — described in Section 4 below.

3. Local Data on Your Device

InventoPOS stores the following only on your own device, so the App can function:

• Products, categories, units, suppliers, and stock levels
• Sales, expenses, and reports
• Staff names and passcodes (stored as a hash, not readable text)
• App settings (theme, tax rate, reminder time)

This data is never sent to us or any third party. If you delete the App, this data is deleted with it — we cannot access, recover, or restore it for you.

4. In-App Purchases

InventoPOS offers an optional one-time Premium purchase, processed entirely by Apple (App Store) or Google (Play Store). Payment and billing information is handled by Apple/Google under their own privacy policies — we never see or receive your payment details. We only receive confirmation that a purchase was made.

5. Notifications

If you enable daily reminders, they are scheduled locally on your device using your device's notification system. No data leaves your device to make this work.

6. Your Rights

Because TechCave LLC does not collect or hold any personal or business data about you, there is nothing for us to provide, correct, or delete on our end. All your data lives on your device and is fully in your control — you can delete data within the App at any time, or remove all of it by uninstalling the App.

7. Children's Privacy

InventoPOS is a business tool and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of InventoPOS after any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
